Double Trouble V is the 5th iteration of our signature Double Trouble competition. It's a Guy/Girl partner competition consisting of 3-4 Events and over the course of one morning. This year, we’re offering 4 divisions ranging from RX to Kids. It's an intense challenge and fun ride for fitness athletes of any experience level!

For the past 5 years, Double Trouble has been brought to life by the Subiono family. Keoni and Rose have led their family of 7 through the fitness industry for over 20 years. Their three eldest sons Elijah, Kã’eo, and Kūlani have essentially grown up in the gym, and now spend their teenage years competing amongst the best in the world. They spend most of their time in a constant cycle of trining and recovering, working toward their dream of one day winning the CrossFit Games. Together, the three of them have a combined total of 8 CrossFit Games appearances - all in the teenage divisions. Today, they work as a family to own and operate Kū Mana CrossFit in Lakeway, TX.
